Ready to branch out from using house glazes or commercial glazes? Mixing your own glaze can be quite economical and gives you complete control over the batch. This class is a hands-on, practical introduction to mixing up your own batch of glaze at WPW using our glaze kitchen.

Students will bring test tiles and 3-4 glaze recipes to class. It’s recommended to pick recipes from John Britt’s Complete guide to Mid-Range Glazes. But you can also choose from Glazy.

We will learn what a test batch is and how to make one.
