Winter 2026 - Wheel I for Adults with June - Wednesday Evenings
Time: Wednesday Evenings, 6:30 - 9:30pm

Class Size: 6 - 8 students
Class Description: In this hands-on class at the Waterloo Potter’s Workshop, you’ll learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing: centering clay, raising walls, and making bowls, plates, and mugs. We’ll also cover trimming and adding handles. No prior clay experience is needed!
Full Schedule: This course runs for six weeks of making, followed by a week off for firing, then a glazing class, and finally a session to pick up and review your work.

Note: The glazing class will take place on Tuesday March 3rd instead of Wednesday to avoid a scheduling conflict. If you’re unable to attend on that date, please register for a different session or a future class.
Cancellation Policy: We understand that plans can change! If you cancel more than a week before the course begins, we’ll issue you a refund (minus a $25 cancellation fee). If you need to cancel within a week of the start date, we’re only able to offer a refund if we can fill your spot before the first class. Please note that due to the small size of our studio, we aren't able to offer makeup sessions or refunds for missed classes.
