In it's 26th year, Empty Bowls started as a way for the arts community to help people struggling to access food. The first Empty Bowls Waterloo Region–led by the Waterloo Potters' Workshop–took place in 1998 and to date has provided more than 1.3 million meals.When you buy a $50 ticket, you help provide 100 meals to vulnerable people in Waterloo region accessing food assistance. Each ticket includes a beautiful, handcrafted bowl and delicious lunch or dinner.
