Thursday evenings July 13 - August 31, 6:30-9:30pm. Includes 5 weeks of making, one week off for firing, then glazing and review night.
Get really comfortable on the wheel! Finesse your skills and expand on them as we add projects incorporating lids and altering. Refine your results in making pots that start as a cylinder but end as mugs, garlic pots and more. Make rounded bowls and experiment with feet. Other projects can be added with class input.
This class will be a combined member and public class. Participants can bring their own clay and tools, but one 10kg bag of PSH 519 will be provided. Firing and glazing included. For those who have done the firing course, this is also a great apprenticing opportunity.
